What you'll do

As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be a key part of the Fleet Maintenance team, responsible for ensuring that our Class 8 fleet is safe and reliable. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, primarily on day cabs and trailers. Your role will involve working with manufacturer warranty vehicles, which means you will focus on routine maintenance rather than major overhauls.

You will collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring that all vehicles are operating at peak performance. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our fleet and the overall success of Carvana's operations. You will also have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, supported by internal training and certification programs.
