You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are at least 18 years of age and are ready to take on the responsibilities that come with this role. Your experience in the field has equipped you with the skills necessary to diagnose and repair various mechanical issues efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Class 8 fleet is safe and reliable. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, focusing on day cabs and trailers that are under manufacturer warranty. Your role will involve troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting inspections, and performing necessary repairs to keep our fleet operational. You will have clear pathways for growth within the company, with opportunities for internal training and certification reimbursement.

You will work closely with other team members to maintain a high standard of vehicle uptime, contributing to the overall success of our innovative Fleet Maintenance team. Your expertise will help us provide a seamless car buying experience for our customers, and you will play a key role in supporting our mission to transform the automotive industry.
