You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience — you are skilled in advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair, and you can effectively repair creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Your expertise allows you to handle larger-sized dents with precision and care, ensuring that every vehicle meets high-quality standards.

You are familiar with the latest tools and technologies in the automotive repair industry — you thrive in a high-tech environment and are eager to utilize state-of-the-art equipment in Carvana's Inspection Centers. You understand the importance of continuous learning and are open to participating in training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career.

What you'll do
