You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair. Your skills include repairing creases and body lines, as well as handling larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.

You are familiar with using state-of-the-art tools in high-tech environments, ensuring that you can perform repairs efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality work make you a valuable asset to any automotive team. What you'll do

As an Experienced PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicle panels. You will utilize advanced techniques to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles we deliver to customers. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow in our high-tech Inspection Centers.
