What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Decision Support Systems at Carvana, you will lead a team responsible for building algorithms and optimization tools that enhance our logistics operations. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance and support, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also be involved in hiring and onboarding new team members, helping to build a strong and diverse engineering team.
