You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various types of repairs on vehicles. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and large area bodywork, including Bondo repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and techniques in a high-tech environment, and you are eager to contribute to a fast-growing company like Carvana. What you'll do
As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple panels of vehicles. This includes heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards. You will also be involved in roof and rocker panel repairs, as well as large area bodywork, which may include Bondo repair. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality of vehicles that Carvana delivers to its customers.
You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and equipment to carry out your tasks efficiently. Collaboration with other team members is essential, as you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you grow your skills and advance your career within the company.
