Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry. As an Entry-Level Auto Technician, you are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service to customers. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring you can understand and follow instructions clearly. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to the company's mission.

What you'll do

In this role, you will perform light maintenance and fluid checks on vehicles, ensuring they meet the necessary standards before they are reconditioned for sale. You will conduct initial inspections to identify any imperfections or repairs needed, playing a crucial role in maintaining the quality of Carvana's inventory. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to a streamlined and efficient reconditioning process. As you progress in your role, you will have access to training programs designed to enhance your skills and increase your pay as you grow with the company.
