You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle light to medium repairs with confidence. Your expertise includes working on various vehicle systems such as radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with both customers and team members.
Desirable
While not required, any certifications such as ASE would be a plus, showcasing your commitment to professional development in the automotive field. Familiarity with high-tech tools and equipment used in modern automotive repair is also advantageous, as it aligns with Carvana's state-of-the-art Inspection Centers.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing general automotive repairs, including but not limited to, working on radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You will also complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, ensuring that vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers. Additionally, you will carry out vehicle climate control repairs and replacements for air conditioning systems and heater cores. Your role will involve using advanced tools and technologies to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the team.
You will be expected to maintain a high standard of work quality and adhere to safety protocols while working in our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction will be essential as you collaborate with colleagues to meet repair deadlines and deliver vehicles in excellent condition. You may also participate in training programs offered by Carvana to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
