You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to learn and grow in the auto body repair field. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle is prepped to the highest standards before paint application. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
You are excited about the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center. You understand the importance of teamwork and are ready to collaborate with your colleagues to ensure that vehicles are ready for customers in a timely manner. You are open to receiving training and feedback to enhance your skills and advance your career.
What you'll do
As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work closely with experienced technicians who will guide you through the process and help you develop your skills. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the vehicles meet Carvana's high-quality standards before they are delivered to customers.
