You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to learn and grow in the auto body repair field. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you prep meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.
What you'll do
As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint. This includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that every vehicle is ready for the next stage of the repair process. You will receive training to enhance your skills and ensure your pay progresses along with the company. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our operations, and you will collaborate closely with other team members to meet production goals.
