You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are eager to contribute to a team that values happiness in the car-buying process. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of our company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve not only assisting customers with their purchases but also getting involved in local community initiatives to promote Carvana's mission. You will work closely with your team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, contributing to the overall success of the company.
