What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve engaging with customers both in person and through various communication channels, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. You will also participate in community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your performance will be recognized through our merit-based program, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your contributions.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect regular pay increases as you progress in your role, with the potential to earn up to $21/hr within your first year.
