Overview
Carvana is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for service customers. You'll guide them through the maintenance and repair process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

You are detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic — you take pride in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer feels valued and understood. You have a passion for automotive care and are eager to help customers navigate their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for customer inquiries and concerns.
You possess excellent communication skills — you can clearly document customer issues and effectively advise them on recommended services based on OEM guidelines and technician findings. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with technicians to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
What you'll do
As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival. You will consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and document these issues on Repair Orders (ROs). Your role will involve advising customers on recommended services and maintenance, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with the process. You will act as a liaison between customers and technicians, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties are aligned on service expectations.
You will also be responsible for following up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns they may have. Your goal is to create a no-hassle, better car buying experience that reflects Carvana's commitment to quality, trust, and care.
