You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands.

You are familiar with the processes involved in automotive painting, including priming, sanding, buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrushing. Your experience has taught you the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and techniques to achieve the best results. What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and sanding them to ensure a smooth finish. You will mix paints and apply them using various techniques, including airbrushing, to achieve the desired look for each vehicle. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you perform touch-ups and buffing to ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards before it is delivered to customers.

You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to perform your tasks efficiently. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are completed on time and to the satisfaction of customers. Additionally, you will participate in training programs designed to help you develop your skills further and advance your career within the company.
