Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills in blending adjacent panels and paint correcting vehicles are well-honed, allowing you to deliver high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers to perform automotive painting tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint with precision, and ensuring that the final product meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You will also be expected to collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of the team.
