Who you are

You are looking for an entry-level position in the automotive industry and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to lift up to 60 pounds independently. You thrive in a production environment and are ready to adapt to various roles within the Post Production team, including detailing vehicles and conducting inspections.

You are at least 18 years of age and can communicate effectively in English. You are comfortable working in varying weather conditions and are prepared for the physical demands of the job. You understand the importance of quality control and are committed to ensuring that vehicles meet the highest standards before they reach customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions within the Post Production team at Carvana. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for washing, cleaning interiors, and buffing the exteriors of vehicles to ensure they look their best. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles between different departments in our Inspection Centers, ensuring a smooth workflow.

If you take on the role of Photobooth Associate, you will capture high-quality images of vehicles for our online listings, helping customers get a clear view of what we offer. As an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects, playing a crucial role in maintaining our quality standards. This position may require you to work overtime based on business needs, and you will be part of a team that values efficiency and attention to detail.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting pay of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience. You will work a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM, with the possibility of mandatory overtime. Our inspection center is located at 1000 E Gowan Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030, where you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
