Who you are

You are at least eighteen years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You have basic computer skills and are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. You understand the importance of safety and demonstrate courteous and defensive driving principles while operating vehicles. You are detail-oriented, capable of performing walk-arounds on vehicles to note any damage before moving them.

What you'll do

As a Lot Driver at Carvana, you will operate motor vehicles on and off the premises to support auction activities. Your primary responsibilities will include safely moving, staging, and parking vehicles in the correct lot areas to ensure a smooth flow of vehicles during the auction. You will drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale days and verify the VIN of cars being picked up or delivered against transportation requests. Additionally, you will assist customers, including dealers and account representatives, as needed, and perform basic maintenance tasks such as inflating tires and jump-starting vehicles when necessary.
