Who you are

You are at least eighteen years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You have basic computer skills and are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. You understand the importance of safety and courtesy while driving and are committed to following auction driving rules and regulations.

You are detail-oriented and capable of performing walk-arounds on vehicles to note any damage before moving them. You are proactive in assisting customers, including dealers and account representatives, ensuring a smooth experience during vehicle pickup and delivery.

What you'll do

As a Lot Driver at Carvana, you will operate motor vehicles on and off the premises to support auction activities. Your primary responsibilities will include safely moving, staging, and parking vehicles in designated areas to facilitate the flow of vehicles during auctions. You will verify the VIN of cars being picked up or delivered and ensure they are lined up and parked in the correct order as directed by your supervisor.

On sale days, you will drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes, adhering to all driving rules and demonstrating courteous driving principles. You may also be required to perform basic maintenance tasks, such as inflating tires and jump-starting vehicles when necessary. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of the auction process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
