Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can work mandatory overtime when needed.
You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools and are willing to participate in training programs to enhance your skills and career progression. You understand the importance of routine inspections and maintenance and are ready to contribute to a high-tech Inspection Center environment.
What you'll do
As a Brake & Tire Technician at Carvana, you will perform light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You will conduct routine inspections and maintenance, ensuring that vehicles meet safety standards. Your responsibilities will also include basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will work closely with your team to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers on time and in excellent condition.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and participating in training programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in automotive repair.
