Who you are

You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are ready to perform light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You possess a basic understanding of mechanical repair for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You are a team player who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. You are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be expected to perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards. You will change brake pads, calipers, and rotors, as well as install tires and perform wheel alignments. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. If you are joining in an entry-level position, you will have access to training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your pay as the company grows. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the team.
