You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets the company’s standards for cleanliness and appearance.

What you'll do

As a Car Detailer at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs. You will inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, ensuring that they are in top condition for customers. Regular washing and vacuuming of all inventory will be part of your routine, along with completing multi-point inspections on arriving inventory.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery, contributing to the overall customer experience. This role is full-time, and you will have the opportunity to grow your earnings through performance-based merit increases every 90 days. You will be part of a dynamic team that values hard work and dedication, with the potential for significant career advancement within Carvana.
