You are an enthusiastic and energetic team player who is self-motivated and eager to build a career in the automotive retail industry. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are ready to take on the responsibilities of ensuring that vehicles are clean and presentable for customers.

What you'll do

As a Car Detailer at Carvana, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs. This includes washing and vacuuming all inventory on a regular basis, inspecting each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, and completing multi-point inspections on arriving inventory. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What we offer

This is a part-time position with a competitive starting hourly rate of $15/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can progress from $15/hr to $16/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities for pay increases every 90 days. Additionally, we offer paid time off, paid holidays, and your birthday as a holiday.
