What you'll do

As an Industrial Engineer at Carvana, you will lead continuous improvement projects within the Inspection Center organization. You will utilize lean methodologies to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for enhancement. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that improvements are effectively implemented and sustained. You will be responsible for communicating your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will also monitor the outcomes of your initiatives to ensure they deliver the desired results and contribute to Carvana's ambitious vision.
