What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and updating facility and workstation layouts to enhance production efficiency. You will review current layouts and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that align with Lean methodologies. Your hands-on approach will involve working directly with shop floor teams to understand their challenges and develop solutions that streamline operations.

You will analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. Your role will also include training and mentoring team members on Lean principles and continuous improvement techniques, ensuring that everyone is equipped to contribute to operational success. As you drive these initiatives, you will play a key role in helping Clutch scale its operations effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
