Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, showcasing your expertise in automotive mechanics. Your background includes extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as advanced vehicle diagnostics. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and have experience with installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. Your knowledge extends to performing vehicle diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You are committed to using state-of-the-art tools and techniques in your work, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Lead Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work on a variety of vehicles. You will conduct advanced vehicle diagnostics to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Your role will involve repairing advanced vehicle electrical systems and ensuring that refrigerant and recovery systems are installed and functioning correctly. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing the latest tools and technologies to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians and help them develop their skills through training programs. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining Carvana's reputation as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.
