Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your expertise in automotive mechanics. Your background includes extensive repairs and heavy engine work, showcasing your ability to handle complex automotive issues. You are skilled in advanced vehicle diagnostics and have experience repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues. Your knowledge extends to installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, ensuring you can tackle a wide range of automotive challenges. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary.
What you'll do
As a Master Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work on various makes and models of vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You will conduct advanced vehicle diagnostics to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Your role will involve repairing advanced vehicle electrical systems and ensuring that all repairs meet high-quality standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall success of the team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression within the company.
