What you'll do
As the Multi-Site Functional Lead, you will be responsible for executing core Safe & Secure routines that ensure the safety of all associates at Carvana. You will collaborate with the Field and Operations Team to develop and implement strategic safety plans that align with the company's mission. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, developing operational processes, and providing support for learning and awareness programs. You will also oversee project management efforts related to safety initiatives, ensuring that all locations adhere to established safety standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety and security across the organization.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $68,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
