What you'll do
As the Multi-Site Functional Lead, you will be responsible for executing core Safe & Secure routines across Carvana's various locations. You will collaborate with the Field and Operations Team to develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that enhance operational risk management. Your role will involve overseeing the development of operational Safe & Secure processes, ensuring that all associates are trained and aware of safety protocols.
You will play a crucial role in data analytics and inventory reconciliation, utilizing your skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Your leadership will guide the Safe & Secure Team in delivering on its mission to maintain a safe working environment for over 20,000 associates. You will also engage in project management, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure that safety measures are consistently upheld.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive salary range of $66,000 to $71,500 annually, along with a dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. You will be part of a team that values creativity and teamwork, where your contributions will directly impact the safety and security of associates across the organization.
