Overview

Carvana is hiring a Reconditioning Manager for their 2nd Shift to oversee vehicle reconditioning operations. You'll manage a team in a lean manufacturing environment to ensure high-quality vehicle standards. This position requires supervisory experience in operations management.

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or inspection environment. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards and ensuring that your team is engaged and productive. What you'll do

As the Reconditioning Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all vehicles meet Carvana's rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards. You will be responsible for directing a team of leads and front-line associates, providing them with the support and accountability they need to excel in their roles. You will implement processes that promote continuous improvement and high associate engagement, while also meeting production and cost objectives.

You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that the reconditioning process aligns with overall company goals and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
