What you'll do

As the Inventory Supervisor at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of your team in the Inspection Center. This includes overseeing the movement of vehicles for repairs and ensuring that production and quality goals are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will engage with your team to provide coaching and support, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.

You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards that Carvana is known for, ensuring that every vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection and meets the company's rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards.
