What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, overseeing all aspects of operations from market launch to daily management. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide a hassle-free car buying experience for customers. Your role will involve juggling multiple projects, from launching new markets to optimizing existing processes for efficiency. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, helping them grow in their roles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you work to align operational goals with company objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
