What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, providing guidance and support as they deliver vehicles to customers. Your role will involve market launches, managing logistics, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of all operations. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, helping them grow in their roles, and stepping in wherever needed to support the team. You will work closely with other departments to align on goals and strategies, ensuring that the hub meets its operational targets.
