You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and are skilled in performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics and repairing complex electrical issues, making you a valuable asset to our team. You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and are eager to utilize state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment.

What you'll do
As a Master Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles. Your role will involve repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all repairs meet our high standards of quality and safety.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, as you work to ensure that every vehicle is in top condition before it reaches our customers.
