Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues. Your background includes extensive repairs and heavy engine work, showcasing your ability to handle complex automotive challenges. You are skilled in advanced vehicle diagnostics and have experience working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. Your knowledge extends to repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You are a team player who is committed to the mission of the company and is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

What you'll do

As a Lead Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on vehicles, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers to carry out your tasks efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to provide the best service possible to our customers.
