Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience and are skilled in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues. Your expertise includes performing general to complex repairs on all makes and models, from timing belts and suspension systems to heavy engine work. You are also experienced in diagnosing advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.

You are familiar with completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores. You take pride in your work and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

What you'll do

As a Master Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will perform a full range of automotive repairs, ensuring that all vehicles meet high-quality standards. You will diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including advanced electrical systems and hybrid vehicle components. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the automotive repair process.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner. You will collaborate with other team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and uphold Carvana's reputation as a leader in the automotive retail industry.
