Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle light to medium automotive repairs effectively. Your hands-on experience with general automotive repairs, including radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems, showcases your technical skills in the field. You are comfortable completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as carrying out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and understands the importance of collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
While not required, any additional certifications such as ASE would be beneficial. Familiarity with high-tech inspection tools and a proactive approach to learning new techniques can set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repairs and diagnostics on our vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting general automotive repairs, ensuring that all work meets the high standards expected by our customers. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to carry out your duties efficiently. You will also be expected to collaborate with your team to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner, contributing to our mission of delivering great vehicles when expected. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
