You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various types of repairs on vehicles. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair, showcasing your technical skills in the automotive repair field. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

You thrive in a high-tech environment and are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's Inspection Centers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure that every vehicle you work on meets the highest standards. What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple panels of vehicles. This includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and large area bodywork, including Bondo repair. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining Carvana's reputation for delivering exceptional vehicles to customers.

You will also be expected to collaborate with other technicians and team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the repair shop. Your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will be essential, especially during peak times when mandatory overtime may be required.
