Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your expertise in handling various vehicle repairs and diagnostics. Your background includes extensive knowledge of heavy engine work and advanced vehicle electrical systems, making you a valuable asset in any automotive setting.
You are skilled in diagnosing and repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues, showcasing your ability to tackle complex problems that arise in modern vehicles. Your experience includes installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, ensuring that you are well-versed in the latest automotive technologies.
You have a strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repairs across all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. This versatility allows you to adapt to the evolving automotive landscape and meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
What you'll do
As a Heavy Line Auto Mechanic at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Your role will involve conducting advanced vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions. You will work collaboratively with other technicians to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
