You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, showcasing your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills extend to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint imperfections, ensuring that every vehicle meets high-quality standards. You are familiar with using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, and you understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality make you a valuable asset to the Carvana team. What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality automotive painting on a variety of vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint using various techniques, and ensuring that the final product meets Carvana's quality standards. You will also be expected to blend adjacent panels seamlessly and correct any paint imperfections that may arise during the process.

You will work closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. In addition to your painting responsibilities, you may be required to assist in training entry-level painters, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will also be expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
