Your skills extend to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint on vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

You are familiar with the latest tools and technologies used in automotive painting, and you take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets the high standards set by Carvana. What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all vehicles are painted to the highest standards and delivered on time. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.

You will also be expected to participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to progress your skills and pay as the company grows.
