Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with working in high-tech environments, such as paint booths. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality and aesthetics.

You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, understanding the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs, showing your commitment to the team's success. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes cleaning and masking areas that should not be painted. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish, applying water-based paint using state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your role will involve working in paint booths, where you will focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently.

You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that the painting process aligns with the overall workflow of the Inspection Center. Your attention to detail will help maintain the high standards that Carvana is known for, contributing to the company's mission of providing exceptional customer experiences.
