You have a strong understanding of diesel technology and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for effective maintenance and repair. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the best of your ability. You are also open to continuous learning and growth, eager to expand your skills and knowledge in the field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will travel to designated locations to perform mobile diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and other diesel-powered machinery. You will be responsible for providing fleet maintenance services for Carvana's ever-growing fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. Your work will involve a variety of tasks, including routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to participate in internal training programs, including classroom time for DTNA ARC Certification, which will further enhance your skills and career development.
