What you'll do

In this role, you will travel to designated locations to perform mobile diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. You will be responsible for providing fleet maintenance services for Carvana's growing fleet of car-hauling equipment, ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal working condition. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting thorough inspections, identifying mechanical issues, and executing repairs in a timely manner. You will also maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the fleet operations.

You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to share knowledge and best practices, enhancing the overall skill set of the team. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with the latest diesel technology advancements and maintenance techniques, allowing you to provide the best possible service to Carvana's fleet. You will also have the opportunity to participate in internal training programs, including classroom time for DTNA ARC Certification, furthering your expertise in the field.
