Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. As an entry-level Airbrush Technician, you are ready to learn and develop your skills in a high-tech environment. You possess a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to color-matching and mixing paint for vehicles. You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools and are excited about the opportunity to grow within the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for color-matching and mixing paint to ensure that vehicles are airbrushed to perfection. You will work closely with other technicians to prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, ensuring that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. Your work will contribute to getting low-mileage, late-model cars ready for customers, ensuring they receive the best quality service.
