Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to excel as an Airbrush Technician. Your attention to detail ensures that you can color-match and mix paint accurately, delivering high-quality results on every vehicle you work on. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Airbrush Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for color-matching and mixing paint to ensure that vehicles are finished to the highest standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of our vehicle offerings. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
