What you'll do

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process are executed efficiently and effectively. You will manage a team of leads and front-line associates, providing mentorship and accountability to ensure that production and quality objectives are met. Your role will involve implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste, while also maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
