What you'll do
As the Autobody Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Inspection Center, managing the movement of vehicles for repairs and ensuring that production goals are consistently met. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate training and development plans.
You will engage with your team to ensure they are motivated and focused on achieving both production and quality goals. You will monitor inventory production on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring that all targets are met. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
