Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar field is a plus, as is familiarity with inventory management systems. You are comfortable using technology to track production metrics and improve processes. A background in quality assurance or inspection processes would also be beneficial, as you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the vehicle inspection process.

What you'll do

In your role as Parts Lead, you will manage the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that vehicles are processed efficiently and safely. You will oversee the movement of cars into and out of the center, coordinating with your team to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. You will engage with your team regularly, providing coaching and feedback to help them grow and succeed in their roles. You will analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all necessary parts and tools are available for your team. This includes working closely with suppliers and other departments to streamline operations and reduce downtime. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and quality within the team, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that every vehicle meets Carvana's rigorous standards.
