What you'll do

As the Parts Line Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that vehicles are processed efficiently and meet Carvana's rigorous quality standards. You will manage the movement of cars into and out of the center, coordinating with your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Your role will involve monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement. You will engage with your team regularly, offering coaching and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their potential.

In addition to managing production, you will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all parts and materials are available for the team to perform their tasks effectively. You will collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a culture of accountability and excellence within the team, as you work towards Carvana's mission of providing the highest quality vehicles to customers.
