What you'll do

As a Production Lead at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will set daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and work closely with your team to meet or exceed these targets. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, providing coaching and support to help them improve their performance. You will regularly assess the team's strengths and weaknesses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies. You will engage with your team to foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration and communication. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all vehicles meet Carvana's rigorous quality standards before they reach customers.
